 Early registration (from 26 April to 10 May)

• Registration fee: 500€  (VAT included)
• EPS member registration fee: 450€ (VAT included)
• PhD Students: 300€  (VAT included)

 Regular registration (after 10 May)

• Registration fee: 600€  (VAT included)
• EPS member registration fee: 500€ (VAT included)
• PhD Students: 400€  (VAT included)

The registration fee for the Participants includes: Admission to all scientific sessions, Conference Kit, Abstract Booklet, Coffee Breaks.

- Please ensure that the Conference title and the name of the participant are stated on the bank transfer.

- Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.

- Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will  be sent only upon receipt of the required fees. Should you not receive a confirmation letter, please contact the Registration Secretariat, AFEA S.A.

Outstanding payments will be collected on-s​ite and charged the on-site rate. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the Conference account on time.

Registration Cancellation Policy

o    Cancellations received up and including May 31th, 2017  - full refund

o    Cancellations received between June 1st, 2017 to June 30th, 2017 -  30% will be refunded.

o    After July 1st, 2017 - no refund wiill be made.

Cancellation of registration must be made in writing to the SigmaPhi 2017 Registration Secretariat at the address below before June 30, 2017. An administrative fee of 30 euros will be deducted from all refunds. No fees will be refunded after this date. 

Kindly note, that all refunds will be processed one month after the Conference.
